We also advise on the retention of permanent residence status, and on naturalization matters.

Typical cases that we handle are: for example, a talented foreign national with successful companies oversees wants to do business in the US and permanently move to the USA. Or a foreign company that wants to transfer its manager or and executive in the USA to either open up a subsidiary company or run the US subsidiary. We also represent the investor who wants to make an investment of at least $1,000,000 ($500,000 in high unemployment or rural areas) in a business in the United States that creates employment for at least 10 U.S. workers. We advise on a wide range of immigration matters, including hiring H-1B foreign professionals, inter-company transferees, treaty-trader investors, on corporate and self-sponsorships for the retention of permanent residence status, and on acquiring US citizenship.
