Negotiation of severance agreements
Negotiation of executive and professional employment agreements
Arbitration before FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and AAA (American Arbitration Association) and other dispute resolution forums
Mediation of contractual and statutory claims concerning termination; compensation; accommodation of disabilities; and other employment related rights and responsibilities
Representation of parties before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other administrative agencies
Counsel to and Litigation on behalf of employees and employers of disputes relating to:
- bonus, commission and other forms of compensation
- contract provisions restricting competition for business or service providers
