Alisa L. Silverstein Fermaglich
Born in Staten Island, NY, Ms. Fermaglich was admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars in 1998. Prior to joining Kudman Trachten Aloe LLP, she worked at a firm handling all types of civil litigation. Currently, she handles mostly employment law and commercial litigation cases including employment discrimination, harassment, disability, wrongful discharge,and related tort, and contract claims.

She helps her clients negotiate and draft employment contracts and severance agreements. As an experienced legal professional, she is adept at litigating, arbitrating and mediating employment matters involving restrictive covenants, breach of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, misappropriation of confidential information, tortious interference with contracts, and related business claims.
Ms. Fermaglich also regularly counsels clients about matters involving personnel policies, employee discipline issues, wage and hour laws and other issues and has assisted businesses in drafting and implementing its employee handbooks.
